TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF GRAPHIC DESIGN AND WEB DEVELOPMENT SERVICES PURCHASE

Please carefully read these Terms and Conditions of Purchase (hereinafter, “Terms”) before making a purchase of graphic design and/orweb development services (hereinafter, the “Services”) on MIZAAR DESIGN LLC (hereinafter, the “Website”). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter, “Customer” or “You”) and MIZAAR DESIGN LLC (hereinafter, “We” or “Our Company”).

 

  1. Acceptance of Terms

By making a purchase of our Services on the Website, you agree to and are bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not proceed with the purchase.

Below you will find a detailed description of the scope of each of the service packages that you can find on our website (Please note that these features are described in the plans on the website):

STARTER PACK:You will be given a complete package to start any business, it will include a Logo, the visual identity of the brand,and the design of 2 types of generic packaging, it will also include basic graphic design for general use as 5 highlights for Instagram, 2 banners and 5 graphic pieces.
  2. STANDARD SUBSCRIPTION:As many designs of any type as considered by the client (logos, banners, pieces, highlights, flyers, etc.). The request for these deliverables must be one at a time, the next one can be requested once it is delivered to satisfaction.
  3. EXPERT SUBSCRIPTION:As many designs of any type as considered by the client (logos, banners, pieces, highlights, flyers, etc.) may be requested. The request for these deliverables can be up to two at a time, the next one can be requested once itis delivered to satisfaction.
  4. E-COMMERCE:Includes the hosting,Domain, Personalized Design, 100% Responsive, SSL certificate, Product Catalog, Wish list, Shopping cart, Payment Gateways, Link to Social Networks, Chat or WhatsAppintegration, Contact forms / Newsletter, Corporate Email,andAnalytics.
  5. WEB INFORMATIVE:Includes the hosting, Domain, Personalized Design, 100% Responsive, SSL certificate, Services Portfolio, Link to Social Networks, Chat or WhatsAppintegration, Contact forms / Newsletter, Corporate Email,and Analytics.
  6. LANDING PAGE:Includes the hosting, Domain, 5 Corporate Mail, Landing Contact, Forms call to action buttons, 100% Responsive, Personalized Design, and Link to social networks.

Each of the packages described above are designed to meet the different needs that a company or venture may have for the creation and communication of quality content.

 

  1. Payment and Billing

a.You agree to pay the total price for the Services as set forth on the Website.

b.Payments will be processed through MIZAAR DESIGN LLCor another payment processor designated by us. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date payment information.

c.All prices are subject to change and will be displayed in the currency specified on the Website.

 

  1. Timelines and Delivery

For the determination of delivery times for each of the packages described will have different deadlines that will be described below, it should be noted that the times may vary if unforeseen events occur outside the execution of activities:

  1. STARTER PACK:Will take around30 working daysfor the delivery of the complete plan.
  2. STANDARD SUBSCRIPTION:Each delivery will take between 1 and 2 working days. It will depend on the type of deliverable required;in the case of brandingdesign,it may take up to 4 working days.
  3. EXPERT SUBSCRIPTION:You can requireup to 2 deliverables at the same time. Each delivery will take between 1 and 2 working days. It will depend on the type of deliverable required;in the case of brandingdesign,it may take up to 4 working days.
  4. E-COMMERCE:Will take around45working daysfor the delivery of the complete plan.
  5. WEB INFORMATIVE:Will take around30 working daysfor the delivery of the complete plan.
  6. LANDING PAGE:Will take around25working daysfor the delivery of the complete plan.

 

  1. Intellectual Property

The creative and graphic development of the deliverables to be hired will be taken from our own intellectual processes and supported by public content found online. Once they are delivered to the client,they will be free for use as determined by the contracting person.

 

  1. Cancellation and Refunds

The cancellation or refund of the money can only occur if the delivery time exceeds twice the time agreed and described above, otherwise no refund of money can be executed.

 

  1. Liability.

  1. A) MIZAAR DESIGN LLC shall not beliable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of the Services.
